Pregnancy Packs – Please collect ahead of your 8 week appointment with the midwife from reception.
Your 8 week appointment with the midwife can not be booked before 8 weeks, when you attend for your appointment please bring a urine sample with you.
Pregnant ladies are allowed to choose which hospital they want to attend please discuss this with your midwife at your first appointment.
Please note Marie is only here on a Wednesday so if you need to speak to her we can not take messages for her you will need to contact your community hospital midwife team.
